Yesterday I had reheated baked potato from souper-salad
Tiny bit of pasta salad (few bites)

Vegetarian nacho supreme from taco bell

Dinner was a left-over black bean burrito.

Later on I had a few bites of rocky road ice cream.

I will try to eat more raw foods and stuff today.

    Today I did not eat more raw foods!
    I had 3/4 a Totino's Party Pizza, and then a Wendy's sour cream and chives baked potato and Cesaer side salad.

    Tomorrow maybe...

    And a super duper busy weekend is coming up...I need to take care of my self during the hours of exertion and overexposure...

      OK! TODAY!..Food Log start again..

      Yesterday:
      Breakfast:
      creamcheese Toaster strudel
      Lunch:
      Chinese veggies with tofu and brown rice with egg roll and small brothy soup
      Dins:
      1/4 extra rare tuna steak sammich, a few homemade potato chips, green salad with bleu cheese dressing and a small portion crawfish bisque soup that might as well have been a
      gumbo.

      Today did Jazzercise for first time, came home and ate peanut toffee buzz Cliff bar. i also plan on having a grapefruit.

        I ate the grapefruit and then i had some Green Giant broccoli rice casserole..I am gonna start eating a bunch of those $1.00 green giant frozen veggie packs..Frozen veggies are way better than getting no veggies at all..as I am sometimes inclined. and their low-fat veggies in cheesy sauce are great for getting the cheese fix more or less taken care of.

          Later I ended up having Campbell's Vegetarian Vegetable soup and later a boca burger.
          Then later....toaster strudel...raspberry...thought I tried not to eat the whole thing.

            Yesterday, I had a horrible day. I went to the Olive Garden for lunch. Had the super cheesy pasta, three servings of salad, and three breadsticks. In the afternoon, I ate a half cookie, a blow pop, and some combos. For dinner I finished the pasta from lunch. Then I went home, and went a little crazy on the left over halloween candy.

            Luckily, I was only up a half pound today, but I'm going to try to be better. For breakfast, I had two kashi high protein/fiber waffles with a little bit of syrup. For lunch, I'm going to Subway for a veggie wrap and some baked potato chips. My goal is to get in at least 5 servings of fruits or veggies. Wish me luck!

              Yaaay! Addersto the food log!!

              This morning around 7, i made a Boboli pizza with tons o' chedder, Goganzola and frozen birds-eye veggies.
              I ate 1/4, Flakey ate half...what happened was we went to bed early and we both woke up around 5 a.m. and went back to bed around 8:30.

              so that was breakfast.
              At least i am not hungry now.
              I always have such a crazy big appetite..esp. when I am exercising and trying to be vegetarian. It is unending. I need to keep a ton of healthy snacks around to avert disaster.
