ok. Am trying to lose weight by my birthday on August 20...I don't know how much I will be able to lose between now and then..but I am willing to give it the old college try.
I am using slim-fast products..even though the ingredients look awful....and eating lean cuisines...even though..yeah..i know there is better-for-me food out there....
anywhoo....food log for today
breakfast: slim fast shake
lunch: lean pocket thingy
snack: 1/2 cup cottage cheese
'nother snack: edamame
will probably end up having another shake...will try to fend off as long as possible.
Current weight 165
am also doing pilates ball situps and jumping on trampoline

you need to learn the art of listening to your body. Life is not about dieting its about living. I two also have one slim fast shake a day and try to eat three meals a day. but you have to include all the servings of each specific food group a day. with moderate exercise and lots of water wich you can replace also with herb no caffinated beverages.
