horrible horror of horrors....

Last night there was a private party at my venue for teenagers...the parents brought in two huge crock pots. One was filled with very thick chile con queso. The other was filled with cocktail weenies....like thousands of them....I have been emotionally edgy lately and quite vulnerable to the lure of comfort food....
There was something very zen about sitting on the swing next to the fire pit with my big plate of nachos....

To make a long story short, I ended up eating too much of the crap so that in the middle of the night I was awakened by my body violently rejecting all the stuff I had eaten.......blarrrgh......I had a very caustic puking session......very similar to what one would have if one had had too much to drink.....

There is nothing like throwing up chile conqueso and cocktail weenies to make one really want to examine one's diet...ugh....never again.......how many times must one say that?
